I'm sure I've done something to annoy each and every one of you, at least once. Something that pissed you off. But you gritted your teeth, muttered bad words under your breath, and let it pass without bitching at me.

But now, I'm offering you anonymity, should you wish to take it, to tell me about it. You think I'm a snob? A bitch? A crybaby whiner? Tell me about it.
