Note: This is a side-story that doesn't deal with Kon/Von, but it takes place in the same universe (and the same Christmas season as "Adventus II")

Summary: Serling makes a bit of a fool of herself, and Jim is oblivious. It's practically tradition at this point.
Word of the Day: velleity, noun:
1. Volition in its weakest form.

Traditions
Have you come across the word velleity? A nice Thomistic ring to it. Volition at its lowest ebb. A small thing, a wish, a tendency. If you're low-willed, you see, you end up living in the shallowest turns and bends of your own preoccupations.

There are some truly time-honored traditions, especially around Christmas time. These traditions carry reminders of happier times, of childhood and family -- renewing aware of Christmas as a time to strive for peace and goodwill.

Timeline Note: This is a different Christmas, taking place when (in canon) Superboy is living in Suicide Slum as the superintendent of an apartment building. Superboy's Kryptonian name is still Kon-El, and Match's Kryptonian name is Von-El.

Second story -- currently a WIP, planned to be a two/three part story showing this AU's version of 'Meltdown'

[There will be other stories in this timeframe between "Dissolution" and M3, at some later point. Basically the #40s of Superboy v3 and the end of Superboy and Ravers. Match's first girlfriend, mentioned in stories that take place later, starts dating him somewhere in this timeframe, I think.]

Match and the Musical Mystery
As of now, chronologically the 3rd story. Takes place in December, roughly nine months after "Dissolution".

Better (or Worse) Than Chewing Gum
Takes place in the same December as "Match and the Musical Mystery" -- a very short scene.

Misfire
Roxy and Match have a friendly moment after a setback.

[There's a big gap here of about a year, which covers some non-canon adventures (which take the place of the first Wild Lands adventure in canon) and the 'Sins of Youth' storyline.]

[Superboy #75-93 is also covered here, which includes 'Our Worlds at War' and 'Last Laugh']

Charitable Contributions
A November-ish story, taking place just before Superboy #94

Warmth
This takes place just about two years after "Reactionary" and assumes that Superboy v3 #94-100 covers a timeframe from about November to mid-March.
