For reference, I use the strict definition of drabble -- 100 words. If the prompt really grabs me, I might do a double-drabble -- 200 words.

The Worst Part

The worst part of the spell wearing off wasn't that he'd slept with Jon. Bart already knows... by this era's standards, he's 'bisexual'.

The worst part wasn't that Jon was much younger than him, physically or otherwise. They were both fuzzily 'teenager-ish', mentally.

The worst part wasn't even that he'd cheated on Val.

It was that cheating on Val didn't matter to him as much as it should've... and the fact that despite what was said while he was angry over being the Hub's plaything, things hadn't been a complete lie.

Not when he'd said "I love you" to Jon.

Even though DCnU Wonder Woman #1 wasn't horrible, I'm ignoring any talk of what the Rebootlaunch is doing to Wonder Woman and her continuity and assuming that Nessie's history is intact.
