The worst part of the spell wearing off wasn't that he'd slept with Jon. Bart already knows... by this era's standards, he's 'bisexual'.
The worst part wasn't that Jon was much younger than him, physically or otherwise. They were both fuzzily 'teenager-ish', mentally.
The worst part wasn't even that he'd cheated on Val.
It was that cheating on Val didn't matter to him as much as it should've... and the fact that despite what was said while he was angry over being the Hub's plaything, things hadn't been a complete lie.
