Remember I said that Matt (Matthew Atherton AKA Feedback) wrote me an email about my break-up? Well, I wanted to share a line of it with you guys, because I think it is really wise, well-said, and true:

All of the garbage that happens to us - I have to think that it happens so that we can identify with our soul mate, and each rough time is a trial that, once we pass through it, gives us a wealth of experience that ultimately makes us not only stronger, but more human, and better-equipped to treat others in a way that we would like to be treated.

To be honest, I don't think that there could have been a better choice for the first "Who Wants to Be a Superhero?" winner.
