New decor in the cubicle...

I have streamers and balloons hanging over my cubicle, and confetti sprinkled on my desk -- they're celebrating my birthday. ^_^ This is kind of funny, given how belated it all is. We were supposed to do it on Monday, but the girl who sets these things up for the team had gotten stuck in traffic and came in late. Ah, well. It's red and purple and very cheerful.

All the bags are finished -- I am hoping to take some pictures after I get home today. There are all KINDS of flaws -- including some puckers on the straps (where they meet the body of the bag) on Rina's and some hasty tucking on Piper's but overall, they look good. I hope it will be okay, you guys. I'll show that in the pictures, and if it bothers you, I can pick the stitches and try again.
I really, really like what I've done with your themes, Rina. As you said, it has both Lost Boys and The Crow -- the pockets on the "Lost Boys" side have these decorative stitches that remind me of pointy teeth, and the straps on that side have black and grey bats. The Crow side has black straps with this red, vine-like pattern with leaves that look like hearts. I think you will like it.

I was originally planning to go to the mall to get some ladies dress flats, but it occurs to me that there is a Payless Shoes closer to the house. I really dislike the mall in general, and I don't want to pay TOO much for these shoes, as I do not wear skirts or dresses often.
