Firefly
Because more than half of my friends list will kill me if I don't say it.
No, really -- because we didn't get enough of the series before the Big Damn Movie came and crushed all our souls. As I have said to my boyfriend (and probably quite a few others), I would trade the last two seasons of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" for two more seasons of Firefly.
Mm'yep, let "Buffy" end with her sacrifice to save her little sister (and incidentally, the world) and not with a grand re-writing of the rules for their world, only after every single character gets twisted into self-parody.
And bring back Firefly so that we might get more hints of Book's past, more hot het!canon!married!love between Zoe and Wash, more of the Simon/Kaylee/Jayne love triangle (it's somewhat subtle, but I swear to you, it's there)....and let's finally see Mal kick Inara to the curb in canon. Ooh, ooh, and the crappy little town where Wash is a hero...for helping prisoners-of-war during the Alliance-Independents War keep their sanity by entertaining them with Indonesian shadow-puppets.
