Donna Morgan Women's Cap Sleeve Ponte Dress

I got that, in cobalt blue, from Nordstrom Rack. It was originally $98.00, marked down to 39.97 with an additional 50% off Final Markdown. So it was less than $20.00 after that...and Richard thinks it looks sexy on me. :)

I originally bought it with plans to reproduce it in magenta stretch velvet for Roxy's geometric vest outfit, seen here at the Jem Primer. The velvet itself was more expensive than the dress, at $40.00 for 5 yards (which I had to do as it was a special order color). But now, since Richard thinks it's sexy, I might have to go back to the Rack and see if they have any more of the same dress in different colors. I will also be keeping track of how much yardage goes into the dress, so I know what to order if I want to make it in another kind of fabric.

Ooh, ooh, like Pizzazz's pink animal print dress...
