helviti's recent post with her Johari window reminded me of this.
This meme depends on "audience participation". It's an exercise for me to find out about myself: how I see myself and how others see me, both positively and negatively.

The Johari Window is where you select, from a list, 5-6 words that you think describes me best; these are positive traits. The Nohari Window is the same concept, but with negative traits. I would like honest feedback. If you do one, please do the other.
I promise, I won't get offended. If you are more comfortable contributing as "anonymous", you can do that as well. ^_^
