I will say again, you are very, very skilled at crafting a tone. We feel Kon's pain, anger, bitterness, and acceptance throughout this in very real ways, as well even Kal's acceptance and his own deep guilt. I like the twist, that, while this is a thing that happens in the comics regardless, it feels very much like Kon losing his powers is a story tool of redemption? "I used my powers to kill someone, and now they've been taken away." is a very good line.

All in all, very good, and very haunting. Very well done <3
